Whole foods contain all kinds of vitamins and minerals which will not only help you get rid of eye puffiness but can also reduce the chances of heart disease, cancer and make you much healthier in general. You can obtain vitamin A from yellow and orange types of fruits & vegetables such as carrots, oranges, cantaloupe, spinach, etc. Vitamin B is is very common in green types of fruits & vegetables as well as nuts. Vitamin C can be found in green and orange fruits & vegetables. It is very important to make sure you consume enough vitamin C and B6 because they also aid in bodily fluid expulsion. If you are lacking one of these vitamins you can take vitamin supplements that are usually sold in your local pharmacy or can be found online.
